The Consumer wants to be entertained

Consumers wish to laugh, smile and feel welcomed inside of a business. It is their decision to spend their time in an establishment. Because of this many business have found ways to make a customer feel comfortable in a store, such as: hot chocolate during freezing temperatures, a fresh pot of coffee every morning and cold water during the summer. I believe these are great techniques that interests consumers and keeps them wanting to come to a business that offers a welcoming entrance and a pleasant experience.
